A budget friendly Christmas get together for the whole company, including some business updates in the morning and a Team Build in the afternoon.

The Solution

Recently, we had the pleasure of organising a dynamic and engaging event for Turtle Beach, the leading gaming audio brand, at the quirky Pentahotel Reading. The two-day event was designed to offer Turtle Beach’s 53 delegates a seamless blend of productivity, collaboration, and team-building; all in one well-organised itinerary.

Pentahotel Reading provided the perfect setting with its flexible meeting and breakout spaces. We arranged a fully-equipped conference room to accommodate presentations and discussions for the 53 attendees. Collaboration was a priority for Turtle Beach’s agenda, so we arranged additional breakout spaces to facilitate coffee breaks and to provide an all-important Secret Santa drop-off zone!

Throughout the day, we ensured attendees stayed refreshed and fuelled with coffee breaks featuring a selection of teas, fresh coffee, and snacks. For lunch, Pentahotel’s catering team delivered a delicious and energising hot buffet that met a range of dietary requirements – ensuring everyone was well-nourished for a productive afternoon.

No event is complete without a little organised fun and team bonding! In the afternoon, we organised a unique team-building activity themed around The Cube and designed to encourage collaboration, communication, and some friendly competition. The team-building session was a hit.

In the evening, the group was treated to a Christmas-themed three-course meal that brought festive cheer to the evening. Once dinner concluded, the atmosphere shifted to celebration as a DJ took to the decks. Delegates enjoyed a lively evening of music, dancing, and camaraderie—a perfect way to celebrate the day’s achievements and strengthen team connections in true festive style.

The event was a resounding success, with Turtle Beach delegates leaving inspired, connected, and energised. Feedback highlighted the smooth organisation and the balance of productive sessions with engaging, fun, team activities.
