The Solution
To foster alignment and connection across their globally dispersed leadership, our client brought their SLT team together in Iceland—a perfectly positioned destination between the US and UK. They based themselves at the Iceland Parliament Hotel in central Reykjavik in September 2024, where focused strategy sessions took place in the hotel’s conference centre, supported by energising local refreshments.
A dedicated offsite at the iconic Blue Lagoon provided a refreshing shift in setting, encouraging deeper conversations and team bonding. Immersing themselves in Icelandic culture, the group dined at some of Reykjavik’s top culinary spots — Food Cellar, Lava, Seafood Grill—and even took part in a hands-on food school experience.
The trip consisted of unforgettable team moments under the stars chasing the Northern Lights and an adrenaline-filled quad bike ride across the black sand beaches—celebrating their hard work and strengthening team unity.
