Objective
To reward 30 winners (+5 hosts) with a bucket-list incentive travel trip to the big apple, New York.
The Solution
Red Blaze assisted our clients with end-to-end event management for the incentive trip, including contracting venues, liasing with suppliers, flight organisation, and activity sourcing and booking.
30 winners set off from Heathrow and Manchester to New York. After landing, the group were treated to 6 nights at the Moxy Times Square, a fabulous 4* property located right in Midtown, offering perfect walkout for our winners. During the 7 days in New York, winners were treated to a hop-on-hop-off downtown tour, a trip to the Empire State Building, and a trip Top of the Rock, a mesmerising observation tower in the heart of the city. Winners also enjoyed plenty of free time to explore and experience the wonderful city all in their own time.
Winners then made their way back home, after a fantastic and memorable incentive trip that will be talked about for years to come.
