3-day Antalya Conference for OTG to celebrate and bring together individual businesses under one name.

Objective
To bring together collective businesses for a 3-day Conference, strategy session, and awards event in a unique and engaging environment suitable for it’s global workforce.
The Solution
Our team supported the entire end-to-end management of OTG’s Antalya Conference, including on-the-ground support, local branding, venue sourcing, transfers, and flight bookings. On day 1, attendees arrived at the 5 star Dobedan World Palace hotel. Attendees arrived throughout the day. Once the final attendees had arrived, guests took part in a half day meeting to settle in and learn about the upcoming event. Once the meeting was finished, guests were treated to a private dinner with evening entertainment.
Day 2 arrived and all 120 attendees entered the conference room after being greeted by the Red Blaze team and gifted some branded OTG merchandise. The conference began with a kick off from the CEO, before VIP speakers offered insight into the Maritime industry and the importance of team collaboration. Various internal C-suite employees provided insightful discussions and finally, at 17:30, wrapped up the conference by discussing plans for the evening, of which included a formal GALA dinner and awards ceremony. As the night continued, a little bit of Karaoke may have made an appearance.
On day 3 breakout rooms were established for individual breakout sessions. This ran on for half a day before a farewell lunch was provided. After lunch, the guests departed via on-ground transfers back to the local airport. Red Blaze assisted in the final departures and wrap up of the event, concluding what was a fantastic event for all involved.
