The Solution

To deepen team connection and focus on strategic planning, a subdivision of our client’s team ventured into Iceland’s iconic Golden Circle. They stayed at the Torfhus Retreat, a sustainable hideaway featuring cozy bungalow-style lodges and free-roaming Icelandic horses, creating an inspiring and grounding atmosphere.

Strategic sessions were held in unique settings—including a memorable meeting in a renowned tomato farm conservatory—blending productivity with cultural immersion. The group bonded through a series of unforgettable experiences, from guided hikes and Nordic spa sessions to snowmobiling, rye bread baking, and exploring Iceland’s stunning geysers, waterfalls, and lagoons.

This offsite not only sparked fresh thinking but also left the team feeling more connected, energised, and aligned.
