Blue449 Summer Festival

Objective

A bespoke corporate event looking to provide a glamping environment for roughly 200 Blue449 team members. The objective was to bring the team together night for a single night, in order to celebrate the success of the business and build team rapport.

The Solution

To do this, Red Blaze organised a 1-night glamping trip at the stunning Spirit Lake in Surrey. The team arrived to find themed bell tents set up across the outer rim of the lake. After settling in and unpacking for the night, attendees got into their best fancy dress, popped on their wellies, and made their way to the vintage marquee, where entertainment such as live music, an acoustic band, and then silent disco ruled the day. 

Team Building spots had been set up all across the site, easily found by the branded maps popped around the site. Teams could get involved with a barrage of activities such as It’s A Knockout, School Sports Day, Championship Games, Tug Of War and more! For F&B, attendees could treat themselves to something alocholic from the Gin Inn, grab summery canapes, barbecue based dinners such as burgers and salads. 

The team partied their way into the night before retiring to their shared tents. The following day, attendees enjoyed a buffet style breakfast before making final departures back home.
