Red Blaze are thrilled to announce an exciting milestone in our company’s 25 year journey: we have officially transitioned to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT)! This means that our business is now owned by the very people who make it great—our employees.
Why We Made the Change
For years, our company has been built on teamwork, dedication, and a shared passion for delivering excellence, whether it be a client retreat, incentive travel programme, or corporate social responsibility. As we looked to the future, we wanted to ensure that these values remained at the heart of our business. By transitioning to an EOT, we are securing long-term stability, rewarding our team’s hard work, and fostering an even greater sense of commitment and collaboration.
What This Means for Our Employees
Becoming an employee-owned business means that our team now has a direct stake in the success of the company. Through the EOT structure, employees will benefit from:

Changes to our Management Team
As part of this transition, we are making some changes to our management team to better align with our new structure. These changes will help us drive growth, innovation, and long-term success under employee ownership. Our leadership remains dedicated to guiding the company forward with the same commitment and passion as always.
With the creation of the EOT, Gaby Pugh, who has been with the business for over 7 years, is appointed Managing Director. Stephen Pope moves to the role of ‘Founder Director’ with a lesser involvement in the day to day business and Peter Jackson moves to become a Trustee of the Red Blaze Trust.
