Fielden 2025
Executing a luxurious company & partner get-together

Client: Fielden Whisky
Venue: The Store Hotel
Location: Oxford, UK
Objective
Team Bonding – Getting Fielden & their Farming partners together.
The Solution
In February, we organised a team offsite for Fielden Whisky and their farming partners to enjoy a few days together in the heart of Oxford. The start of the two-day event kicked off at the Cheng Kar Shun Digital Hub at Jesus collage – a modern events space that opened in 2022 as a hub for education, research and events in the City Centre. The venue is equipped with advanced digital streaming technologies and spans over four floors, which the delegates had exclusively.
The group took part in a full day of creative workshops and insightful talks, with tea and coffee provided all day to keep them fuelled and a delicious hot lunch on the top floor of the building, offering panoramic views over the city. The group then headed over to the Store Hotel after being checked in by Red Blaze and went straight up to their rooms to freshen up for the evening. The Store is a boutique luxury hotel located seconds away from the Digital Hub, at the historic site of the former Boswells department store on Broad Street. Reopened after refurbishments in May 2024, the hotel offers 101 elegantly designed rooms and suites, three dining outlets, a rooftop cocktail bar, a coworking space, gym and a cocooning urban spa.
The evening got underway and ‘spirits’ were high with a Fielden Whisky Tasting in the private conservatory and terrace at Kibou Japanese Restaurant – a cosy space adorned with hand painted mirror artwork, candlelight and booth seating. Guests tasted three types of Fielden Whisky whilst learning about how each whisky was produced. Dinner was Japanese sharing concept in abundance – with nibbles, hot food platters, Sushi platters & desserts galore.
The next day, the group took part in some further workshops and lunch before saying goodbye to their industry partners and heading home.
