The Solution
Our client’s top performers were treated to a 3-night incentive trip in the stunning seaside town of Budva, Montenegro. The destination was chosen for its short-haul accessibility, charming coastal setting, and perfect balance of relaxation and adventure.
The group stayed in a hotel located directly on the boulevard, creating the ideal environment for delegates to explore the town at their own pace. With a swimming pool, spa, bar, restaurant, and pool bar on site, winners also had every opportunity to completely unwind without leaving the property.
Culinary excellence was a key highlight, with the group enjoying a variety of delicious food and drink throughout the stay. Delegates flew in from across Europe – including the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, France, and beyond – with three nearby airports making Budva an easy and well-connected option.
One of the standout experiences was a private boat trip around the Bay of Kotor, complete with a dip in the water, onboard DJ, open bar, and plenty of dancing. For those craving more adventure, an optional excursion to a nearby national park offered the chance to go ziplining across breathtaking landscapes.
The trip concluded with an impromptu reflection session, where managers recognised individual achievements in a warm and private setting – accompanied, of course, by prosecco on tap.
