When our client asked us to organise a three day Corporate Retreat in Lisbon for 14 senior leaders, the ambition was clear: create a Team Offsite that felt purposeful, energising and flawlessly delivered. This was not an ordinary meeting. It was a Strategic Trip designed to enhance collaboration, spark new thinking and strengthen relationships at the highest level.
Lisbon, with its blend of history, culture and contemporary energy, offered the ideal backdrop. Working in partnership with the elegant Aurea Museum Hotel, we curated an experience that combined premium hospitality with smooth logistics and a professional environment that supported deep strategic discussions.

The Solution
Tuesday 23 September
Delegates arrived throughout the day and checked into their Deluxe Double Rooms at the Aurea Museum Hotel. The riverside location and museum inspired interiors created an immediate sense of sophistication and calm, setting the tone for a memorable Corporate Retreat.

Wednesday 24 September
The second day marked the official opening of the Strategic Trip. After a generous buffet breakfast, delegates gathered in the Lusitania Room, their dedicated meeting space throughout the retreat.
The U shaped layout encouraged participation, visibility and constructive dialogue. The room was equipped with everything needed to support productive strategic work:

From 1pm to 2pm, delegates enjoyed an Executive Menu that balanced traditional Portuguese flavours with modern presentation. Shared starters encouraged interaction, followed by a refined main course of roast beef and carrot puree, and a dessert of chocolate brownie with ice cream.

Meetings resumed at 2pm, supported by another enhanced break at 230pm, before concluding at 6pm. Delegates came together once more for a relaxed dinner organised internally.
Thursday 25 September
With momentum building, the second full working day focused on deeper strategic sessions, reflection and forward planning the core of this Strategic Trip.
After another relaxed breakfast, the group reconvened in the Lusitania Room for a productive morning session, supported by an enhanced coffee break at 1130am.
Lunch at 1pm introduced a refreshed menu featuring:
- Starters including beef croquettes, falafel with aioli and spinach and cream cheese pies
- Chicken supreme with traditional batatas a padeiro

Friday 26 September
After one final breakfast together, delegates departed for the airport at staggered times. Transfers were arranged internally to ensure a calm and organised conclusion to the Corporate Retreat.
