2-Day Conference for Marlowe Environmental Services
A sports themed Conference to bring together individual Marlowe Sales teams, motivate attendees, connect with suppliers, and launch their brand-new Incentive.

Objective
For a client in the environmental industries, their aim was to produce a 2-day conference which brought together separate teams, informed and energised, improving brand presence and reputation, alongside launching their upcoming incentive programme. Red Blaze stepped in to assist in the conference planning, specifically in the branding and messaging, AV production, onsite support, delegate management, registration and launch content.
The Solution
Delegates arrived at St Georges Park in the morning, where the Red Blaze onsite team met them for registration before heading into the main Conference room. Lanyards were distributed before attendees were met with a plethora of branded giveaways on their seats. The attendees settled as Marlowe hosts kick started the occasion by launching their upcoming incentive programme, built to help increase sales across all different branches, with the possibility of the winners earning a 1-night luxury trip to the Cotswolds, including a visit to a live Polo game.
Throughout the morning, individual talks and sessions were delivered by Marlowe ES service leaders, as well as Golden sponsors exhibiting at the conference. The conference continued to deliver, with interactive Q&A’s, Slido quizzes, equipment demonstrations, and competition elements. As the day-1 session came to a close, some of the attendees donned on their finest football jersey, ready for a penalty shootout. After a winner was crowned, attendees freshened up for a relaxed street food style dinner, where they could speak with the conference’s sponsors, get involved with the gaming activations (F1 simulator and reaction game), network with new faces across the business, and reconnect with some old ones.
Day-2 arrived with attendees settling down for another day of engaging talks, sponsor slots, and engaging competitions. Motivational speaker, Nicki Pattinson provided a thrilling delivery on becoming your best self and driving self-motivation. As we approached midday, the final day officially wrapped up with a farewell lunch, offering attendees a final opportunity to network, reconnect and say their goodbyes. Attendees finally started to depart, feeling motivated to exceed expectations for the remainder of 2025.
