When it comes to rewarding top performers, nothing says “thank you” quite like sun-soaked beaches, high-octane experiences, with VIP treatment every step of the way. That’s exactly what our recent Incentive trip to Miami delivered; a dazzling long weekend that blended luxury, adventure, and seamless service.
The Solution
Friday
Our guests kicked things off with access to an exclusive airport lounge before boarding premium economy flights to Miami, setting the tone for what was to come.
On arrival, a sleek Mercedes Sprinter awaited to transfer the group privately to Citizen M Miami South Beach. Known for its stylish design and vibrant energy, the hotel offered single occupancy rooms with breakfast included, making the perfect home base. Each guest enjoyed a single occupancy room with a daily fresh breakfast buffet included each morning.
The first evening began with a standout welcome dinner at Smith & Wollensky. A high end venue with exceptional steaks, elegant cocktails, and the buzz of a Friday evening in Miami set the scene for a memorable weekend. The group retired to their rooms, after a few drinks on the hotel’s rooftop, to be refreshed for the weekend ahead.
Saturday
After breakfast, the group headed out for a wild morning gator-spotting in the Everglades. From the private airboat the group were treated to many spottings of alligators, which was an exhilarating contrast to the city’s sleek pace. Skimming across the water, and managing to JUST avoid the wild Florida rain that came just as they stepped back onto land, it was a wild, adrenaline-fuelled contrast to the glamour of the city, and a real talking point for everyone.
The afternoon brought a complete change of scene with chilled-out cabanas and cocktails at the iconic Nikki Beach; one of Miami’s most iconic beach clubs. Think: sunbeds, white sand, champagne on ice, and laid-back house beats. It was all about switching off, soaking up the sun, and enjoying each other’s company in a chilled, beachside setting.
Dinner was at the effortlessly cool Dolores But You Can Call Me Lolita – a name that’s as unforgettable as the food and ambiance. This quirky, stylish venue served up Latin fusion dishes, cocktails bursting with flavour, and a warm, buzzing atmosphere on the rooftop. The group then partied the night away at the venue’s downstairs club before heading back to the hotel in the small hours!
Sunday
Sunday was all about speed, spectacle and the unmistakable roar of Formula 1 engines. Seated in the Marina Grandstand at the Miami GP, the group soaked up the electric atmosphere of one of the most exciting races of the year in the Fan Zone pre-race and then with traffic at a standstill post-race, we had a Red Blaze solution; a private limo transfer got everyone back to the hotel in comfort and style – just one of the many thoughtful touches designed to keep the experience extra special, and let’s face it a whole lot more experiential than your usual.
To close the weekend, we headed to Baia Beach Club, a stunning waterfront venue with views over Biscayne Bay. Dinner was served under the stars, with a curated sharing menu that brought Mediterranean and Miami flavours to the table. Guests toasted their achievements and shared highlights of the trip, surrounded by glowing lanterns and soft ocean breezes.
