Sony Zambia Incentive Trip

Objective

To reward 18 winners (+2 hosts) with a bucket-list incentive trip to Zambia!

The Solution

Red Blaze assisted our clients with end-to-end event management for the incentive trip, including contracting venues, liasing with suppliers, flight organisation, and activity sourcing and booking. 

18 winners set off from Heathrow to Livingstone Aiport to take part in a once in a lifetime ‘pinch me’ incentive programme which featured an action packed programme. Attendees arrived at the Avani Hotel, met by an african choir who sang the winners in as they checked in and headed to unpack in their rooms. Ater an afternoon at lesuire, attendees enjoyed dinner at the Royal Livingstone Hotel, featuring Ngoni Dancers and african themed table runners and prints to help enhance the atmosphere of the occasion.

The next day, the winners were treated to a tour and game drive in Botswana (Chobe day). The group experienced a fantastic occasion as they witnessed Giraffes, Elephants, Buffalo and Wilderbeast in their natural habitat. Lunch was served at the Mowana Lodge and then dinner at the Zambezi Sun Pool Deck, a picturesque venue. On Day 3, the group enjoyed a choice of activities of which included Canoeing Safari on the Zambesi, Micro Light flights over the falls, Helicopter flight over the falls, and an Anantara Signature Massage.

For Day 4, the fun continued with the group taking part in a rafting challenge with lunch and Elephant interaction (as seen in the image above). After the activity, it was time for dinner, where the group were whisked to the incredible Royal Livingstone Express Train for a 5 course fine dining dinner. The group then retired back to the Avani and the next day, departed back home, taking with them incredible memories that will last a lifetime.
