Tewinbury Farm Team Offsite

Objective

To provide this group of Lawyers, Partners and Associates with a 2-day experience that got them out of the city, provided a team bonding experience, and a switch off from the busy period — all under one immersive, high-impact team retreat.

The Solution

Kicking off the retreat, the team arrived at Go Ape for an action-fuelled occasion, gliding and climbing through the trees. Whilst all this was going on, back at Tewinbury Farm, the other hald of the team were taking part in a cookery course that brought their culinary baking skills. The team were tasked with cooking a luxurious Brioche Bun, alongside various other baked goods. 

After lunches, the teams were reunited at Tewinbury Farm, where a glass of fizz was greeted upon arrival. The guests freshened up whilst the Red Blaze team set up a pre-drink celebration. Attendees came down for some snacks and bubbly before enjoying their own private dinner which featured a three course meal, light music, and a quick game of ‘guess the headshot’, where players must guess if an individual is smiling or not smiling in their headshots. The team after dinner, danced the night away, enjoying an exclusive after party in the Kingsbridge House.

The following morning, guests found themselves a private area for Breakfast, fuelling up the upcoming team bonding activity – School Sports Day! The team were split into Red, Green, Yellow, and were then tasked with activities such as Relay, Tug Of War, Mystery Jygsaw, Build A Catapult and Dodgeball. After a resounding win for the Red team, the group enjoyed a private lunch in the farmyard before heading back to the train station on their own private coach.
