To provide this group from a high thriving global AI business with an overseas retreat that fostered collaboration, promoted relaxation and provided fun for a mixed age group — all under one immersive, high-impact team retreat.
The Solution
This September, Red Blaze assisted our AI-focused clients with planning their corporate retreat to the iconic Lake Garda. This would consist of 5 days staying at the stunning Boffenigo Hotel. Perched on a peaceful hilltop in Costermano sul Garda, Hotel Boffenigo – The Golden Hour offers an escape with sweeping lake views. This 4-star wellness & boutique hotel combines a large garden, indoor & outdoor pools, a full spa with a sauna, and a gym with Technogym equipment. Dining is also a highlight: the restaurant and terrace serves up Mediterranean flavours and offers an atmosphere ideal for sunset drinks after a long day of meetings.
The itinerary for each day included all 18 guests enjoying a hearty breakfast at the hotel. Meetings then took place, including refreshments served on the panoramic terrace overlooking the lake. In the evenings, Guests headed offsite for dinners before enjoying a comfortable nights sleep at the hotel. The group took part in an Indoor Go Karting activity to bring in some friendly competition mid-week, racing around an indoor track consisting of two-stories & offering a dynamic layout mixing fast straights, tight technical corners, and an exciting uphill turn. The week rounded off with a morning meeting before the group headed back to the airport for their flights home.
