The Itinerary
On day 1, the team arrived for Breakfast at The Belfry Ryder Restaurant before sitting down for a brief presentation from the CEO. The conference production was already ready to go by the time the attendees arrived into the conference room. Whilst this brief presentation was taking place, the Red Blaze team worked to set up the Soap Box Derby team building activity, where the group would split into teams, purchase resources with allocated tokens and build their own soap box cart out of recycled materials. They would all paint, decorate and brand their carts. After a final race to determine the winners of the activity, the winners are crowned, given a medal and offered the chance to enjoy a glass of bubbly. Whilst the team building activity took place, Red Blaze worked to set up the evening GALA dinner, where awards were given out to the attendees. That evening the group enjoyed dinner, dancing, and afew well deserved drinks before heading to their own rooms for a good nights rest before the second day of the corporate retreat.
Day 2 commenced and it kicked off with a relaxed start where 30 attendees enjoyed a private yoga class in The Belfry Lesuire Club. After a light breakfast, the event commenced at 8:30 with a mixture of breakout sessions, panel discussions, motivational speeches and industry presentations. In between this was a brief stop for lunch in the Ryder Restaurant. At around 4pm, the event was finished, where Red Blaze assisted the pack down and clear up of all the elements. After loading out, the attendees all made their way homes after a valuable couple of days full of insights, energy and overall positive experiences.
