EOT’s have become an increasing popular way to create an infrastructure for the sustained long-term continuity of a business for its employees and customers.

MEET THE TRUSTEES
Peter Jackson
One of the original founders of Red Blaze Limited, Peter has been involved in incentive and events industry for over thirty years and co-led the Red Blaze business from its inception in late 1999. Peter is additionally a Board Member of the Heart of Mercia Academy Trust which consists of three sixth form colleges and two high schools.
Rachel Day
Rachel has been Red Blaze’s Management Accountant since joining the business in 2022 and has been a leading light in the development of the business’s financial reporting to provide its leaders with consistent actionable information that allow for prompt and effective decision making. Rachel is the employee representative on the Trust.
Dan Thomas
Dan is the Red Blaze Independent trustee. Dan comes to the Red Blaze Trust with decades of experience in the sales and marketing functions of major technology companies. He now runs a business whose focus is on providing Business Development, Demand Generation and Marketing Support to support growth focussed businesses.
