Objective
PPRO has crafted an innovative format tailored for payment enthusiasts and senior executives, providing a unique setting to exchange insights through a concise, focused agenda. Guests were invited to join an exclusive community, leading the way in the payments industry, and connecting with like-minded professionals to share knowledge and learn collaboratively.
The Solution
The breakfast meeting was meticulously planned with a set agenda that included welcome speeches, debates, a Q&A session via Slido, followed by a “fireside chat”, and concluded with a networking session.
Our client had a very specific vision for his event. The morning was designed to emulate the feel of a “Friends” type meeting in a café reminiscent of Central Perk!
The theming successfully delivered the look and feel that our client envisioned. The breakfast meeting exuded pure café vibes with a spread of delectable food served throughout the morning and an ample supply of Grind coffee.
The Grind café offered a wide array of food options throughout the meeting, ensuring that every palate was catered to.
Each contented guest left the meeting with a giveaway neatly packed in a branded PPRO bag, leaving a lasting impression of the event.
