Where do you operate?
You name it, we’re there! We operate globally and have managed events in over 50 countries. The team are constantly updated by our partners with the freshest updates and we work with specialist on ground partners to connect all dots and provide the best possible experience for you, your teams and your guests.
What do we have to do to work with you?
It’s very straight forward! From the initial spark of conception, we will keep you updated with the process and next steps along the way. We have a short one-page onboarding form which provide us with all the information to set up on our system. We work with a variety of clients, all with their own onboarding processes which we are experienced in completing.
How long will it take turn our event around?
We work as quickly as we can – our aim is to have something back to you in as little as 7 days. If for any reason there are delays from public holidays, availability searches or supplier delays then we will make you aware of this at the earliest possible stage! We pride ourselves on consistency therefore will work hard to ensure your proposal covers all bases.
What types of events do you organise?
Red Blaze is a full-service corporate events agency, managing and supporting with events across the MICE sector (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events). No matter how unique the request, we’ll have it covered! We work as a team to curate creative concepts to elevate your event – whether a team corporate away day or beach side activation to promote a brand new product. Your event brief, aim and goal is at the forefront of our thinking. From internal, B2B, B2C, B2G – your event will be well taken care of.
What are your fees?
Sourcing of accommodation elements where costs are commissionable are cost-neutral to you with no fees charged. We often will obtain most competitive rates due to our relationships with suppliers and experience in negotiating rates.
For the full wider programme, we charge a 12.5% management fee on all contracted elements to cover all initial suggestions, sourcing, negotiations, contracting, budget management, supplier management, delegate management in the planning phase and all other planning items.
We aim to deliver strong value by taking on a significant portion of the workload, while also bringing our industry experience and fresh, creative ideas to support your goals.
What types of services do you provide?
Venue Discovery: We liaise with the venue for accommodation to obtain availability and negotiate the best rates. We will then contract the project for you at no extra charge to the venue costs.
Event Management: Our team plan, manage and execute your event, taking all of the stress and time pressures away whilst bringing our experience to your solution.
Fully Managed Service: We organise the full end-to-end solution along with additional services such as onsite support, online registrations, branding & theming and pre-event communications. A true lift and shift. We will keep you as involved as you wish to be throughout the process too.
