The Objective

The aim of this two day annual Conference and Corporate Retreat was to bring together 100 delegates in an engaging environment that fostered strategic insight, cross functional collaboration, and company wide networking. The event was designed not only to share key business updates, but also to strengthen relationships, align teams, and inspire forward thinking across the organisation.

The Solution

Delegates arrived via dedicated shuttle services from the train station directly to the Leonardo Hinckley Island hotel, setting the tone for a seamless and stress free corporate event experience from the outset. On arrival, guests were welcomed with a private bag drop and streamlined registration process, followed by breakfast rolls and refreshments, ensuring they felt comfortable and energised ahead of the conference programme.

The conference officially opened with a series of impactful keynote speeches, establishing the strategic direction for the business and highlighting key priorities. This was followed by an engaging guest speaker session, providing valuable external insight and enriching the overall conference agenda with fresh perspectives.

Following the morning sessions, delegates gathered for a private networking lunch in the restaurant, a key moment in this corporate retreat format to build connections and encourage informal discussion between colleagues from different departments.

The afternoon programme transitioned into a more interactive, deep dive format.
