Agilico wanted to reward its incentive winners with a memorable overseas experience that felt genuinely special from start to finish. The trip needed to offer plenty of opportunities to celebrate together, while balancing organised experiences with time to relax and enjoy the destination. Solution: 

Red Blaze created and managed a three-night incentive trip to Dubrovnik, with the group staying at the five-star Sun Gardens resort on Croatia’s Adriatic coast. From pre-trip travel arrangements and airport transfers to restaurants, activities and nightlife, the itinerary was designed to showcase several different sides of Dubrovnik while giving the winners a real sense of reward.

The Itinerary

After arriving in Dubrovnik, guests transferred to Sun Gardens and had the afternoon to settle in and enjoy the resort before coming together for their first evening.

The celebrations began with dinner at a family estate outside Dubrovnik, dining outdoors on the terrace and enjoying a traditional Croatian menu including local prosciutto and cheeses followed by Peka, a slow-cooked local speciality. It was a relaxed introduction to the destination and a chance for everyone to come together after travelling.

The following morning, the pace picked up with a private speedboat experience along the Croatian coast. Split across two boats, the group visited the Blue and Green Caves, stopped for swimming at Šunj Beach on Lopud Island and enjoyed drinks on board. Lunch was served overlooking the water at Obala Restaurant, followed by free time to explore the island before cruising back to the hotel.

That evening showcased a completely different side of Dubrovnik. The group headed into the Old Town for a fine dining experience at Restaurant Dubrovnik, before continuing the night at Revelin, the nightclub housed within the historic city walls. A VIP area, champagne welcome and a set from DJ Ferreck Dawn made for a suitably celebratory end to the day.

Saturday was all about discovering Dubrovnik itself, starting with a private Game of Thrones tour through the Old Town. After some free time to explore, the group reconvened for lunch on the terrace at Kopun Restaurant before heading back to Sun Gardens for some downtime.

For the final evening, Red Blaze arranged a reserved lounge area and sunbeds at Coral Beach Club. The group spent the late afternoon by the sea before sitting down together for a family-style sharing dinner and two-hour open bar. It gave everyone one last opportunity to relax, celebrate and enjoy the Adriatic setting before returning home the following day.

The Result: The final programme combined adventure, local culture, standout dining and nightlife.
