To bring the top sales performers together for the first time since 2019 with the perfect mix of celebration and relaxation.
Due to the unprecedented circumstances of the last 18 months, the original overseas plans had to be cancelled. However, the Red Blaze team were on hand to plan an unforgettable celebration on UK soil.
For four days, we saw 120 Everest employees hit Edinburgh in style! There were planned activities throughout, but there was plenty of time for guests to explore the city and relax.
The event is usually held in separate overseas locations representing gold, silver, and bronze award levels. The prize structure was emulated with a combination of premium accommodation, social plans, and iconic venues. For the duration of the event, the three winning groups stayed in the most luxurious hotels in Edinburgh: The Balmoral, Waldorf Astoria and Intercontinental depending on the level of their sales achievement.
The four-day event kicked off with a welcome dinner held at The Balmoral. The guests could take in breath-taking views of Edinburgh Castle whilst enjoying a delectable feast. The daytimes provided organised experiences, such as a city tour hosted by Britannia Excursions and lunch at the multi-award-winning restaurant Wedgewood. Plus, guests could take in the sights and the sounds of the city at their leisure.
The trip culminated with the celebration party of the century. A Gala Dinner, fit for a King, was held in our guests’ honour at Edinburgh Castle. The evening’s entertainment consisted of an exceptional performance on the castle battlements by mass pipe band ‘Beat the Retreat’. And to top it all off, the festivities ended with Scottish based superstars, the ‘Red Hot Chilli Pipers,’ rocking the night away.
The Red Blaze team provided a complete end to end service for the client. Including arranging all delegate travel (air and rail), venue finding, liaising with hotels, transport companies, restaurants, and caterers. The team looked after every need of the delegates whilst ensuring the event ran without a hitch. This was a brilliant event to be a part of, and it just goes to show that after so much time apart, there’s nothing better than celebrating success together.
