Samsung – Dubai Travel Incentive

After an extensive research and planning phase, we created a comprehensive plan for potential destinations and activities that aligned with the event objectives. The chosen destination was Dubai with a focus on attending the Dubai 7s, which features both Rugby and Netball matches. 

We arranged flights from various UK locations to Dubai for all guests, with the added luxury of Airport Lounge access included. A dedicated Event Manager from Red Blaze was present throughout to assist and accompany the group from start to finish. 

Upon arrival into Dubai the group were whisked off in transfers to their first activity – a private yacht charter! Here, they enjoyed the sights of Dubai from the water, including the famous Atlantis Hotel, and indulged in a BBQ buffet lunch. 

On arrival at their accommodation, the glamorous Riu Hotels and Resorts Dubai, the group were provided with All Inclusive bands to allow them to enjoy the full range of facilities of the property throughout their stay. The group enjoyed some down time at the hotel to relax and unpack before the evening activities at Top Golf,  where they enjoyed a three-course meal and a two-hour drinks package. 

The next morning it was time for the Dubai 7’s. After a short transfer to the stadium the group were escorted into the event where they had access to The Hangar hospitality for the full day (8am-9pm) and North Stand seating. The day ended with the post-event concert by the excellent Becky Hill. 

Our final day was a classic Dubai activity, Dune Bashing! After a leisurely breakfast the team were collected and transported to the desert. There, they were able to witness the incredible Arabian wilderness whilst riding through the sand hills and experiencing adrenaline filled trips across the dunes. 

The final night was marked by a show dinner at Billionaire Club, considered the ultimate dinner show in Dubai with its top-notch service, exceptional fusion cuisine and a jaw-dropping stage show. From the moment of arrival guests are transported to a world of opulence and grandeur, experiencing highly skilled hospitality alongside dazzling displays and vibrant energy for a seamless and unforgettable night. 

After the late night of Billionaire, Monday was breakfast at leisure before private transfers back to the airport for the journey home to draw to a close this amazing experience for the lucky attendees. 

In addition to organising the event, we also managed the guest list and all marketing communications, including personalised invitations, reminders, and itineraries, to create an engaging and exciting experience for those attending.
