Garden maintenance refreshed the outdoor surroundings, setting the tone for the day, while internal maintenance works brought the lobby area back to life. This included the removal of dead plants and the revival of those that could be saved, instantly improving the look and feel of the space. Comprehensive rodent control measures were also carried out to ensure the environment was fully prepared for guests.

To support the presentation element of the event, an on site production company installed professional AV, screen and lighting within the presentation area. Alongside this, the on site event team dressed the lobby to elevate the venue and establish a strong visual identity for the occasion.

Lobby Area Experience

The lobby served as the main welcome and networking space and was carefully styled to create a sense of occasion. A red carpet with pipe and drape enhanced the entrance and arrival experience, while a combination of chairs and high tables allowed guests to comfortably gather and move around the space.

Branded signage and vinyls were introduced throughout the area to improve the overall appearance and reinforce the purpose of the event. Every element was designed to balance practicality with presentation, ensuring the space felt both professional and welcoming.

Groundbreaking Area Setup

Adjacent to the building, the Groundbreaking area was prepared with a marquee and full event setup. This created a focal point for the ceremonial moment and provided structure and shelter for attendees. The proximity of the venue space to the ceremony ensured a smooth flow between presentations and the Groundbreaking itself.

Event Day Delivery

On the day, the event followed a well managed schedule, beginning with a welcome coffee before moving into presentations. Guests then enjoyed a standing cocktail reception, allowing for informal networking and conversation.

Catering and cocktail service were delivered on site, supported by professional event staffing throughout the day. An AI translator was also provided to enable clear communication across languages, ensuring all attendees could fully engage with the content and discussions.

As the event concluded, guest departures and dismantle were managed efficiently, returning the site to readiness for its next phase of development.
