Our goal is simple. To support you and your team with bespoke event planning, management, and execution. This means sourcing, arranging and booking various elements of your event or reward programme. What are some of the events we execute?


Our support can range depending on your needs. Our team can organise and execute the entire end-to-end of the event, or simply provide support in specific elements. Some of these elements might include sourcing the venue, audio visual management, theming & decor, branded merchandise, flight and VISA booking, onsite support, or group team building activities.

Working with Red Blaze is simple.ย 

  1. If you have a project in mind, get in touch by clicking below.
  2. Our Sales team will set up a call with you so that we can cross the T’s and dot the I’s on your brief, and what it is you are looking to achieve.
  3. After our call, our dedicated events team will pull together some incredible options for you, curating an in-depth proposal. Within your proposal, we will include selected options for you to review, wildcard ideas and potential added value, a transparent investment summary so you know how much each option will cost, and our suggested next steps.
  4. After review, will assess feedback and make any neccessary adjustments. If some of the options hit the mark, we will create a dedicated shortlist and from there, go into further depth on each of the selected options.
  5. Once you have chosen your favourite option, we’ll undergo the quick and easy onboarding process.
  6. Book the event!

On Saturday, Ed Moore and Emily Venn were invited to attend a private suite at the Principality Stadium, to watch two of the worlds hottest acts right now. Kendrick Lamar & SZA. A fun-fuelled night which included a private booth, fantastic dining, plenty of drinks, and plenty of below-par rapping from the Red Blaze duo.

Our team also enjoyed a stay at the Ty Newport Hotel, as well as a showround in Cardiff centre's stunning Park Gate Hotel. A perfect hotel for anyone attending an event in Cardiff, being just a 3 minute walk from the stadium.

A special thank you to Tamara Price and Fern Elysia Morgan from The Celtic Collection for the opportunity to host our team and for giving them one hell of a night to remember!

Our team made the lengthy stroll (15 seconds in total) to the Gloucestershire Young Carers office, where home baked cake, fresh coffee and opportunities to win prizes were provided with Account Director, Leanne Wilson making off with the lions share.

Another 2025 Conference under our belt...

Last week, our team had the pleasure of supporting Healthcare clients, Nourish, with their annual employee-wide Conference, where the company set sail to Cotswold Water Park.

The event took place over 2-days, where Nourish employees were greeted by the Red Blaze team, before sitting down for an informed presentation on the companies core values and plans for the upcoming year. Key speakers and industry leaders also stepped up to gave valuable insight into the Healthcare sector. As we hit the evening, the group enjoyed a sit down dinner, alongside a recognition speech, where top team members were awarded for their hard work and dedication.

We are officially an Employee-Owned Business!

Red Blaze are thrilled to announce an exciting milestone in our companyโ€™s 25 year journey: we have officially transitioned to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT)! This means that our business is now owned by the very people who make it great. Our employees.

With the creation of the EOT, Gaby Pugh, who has been with the business for over 7 years, is appointed Managing Director. Stephen Pope moves to the role of โ€˜Founder Directorโ€™ with a lesser involvement in the day to day business and Peter Jackson moves to become a Trustee of the Red Blaze Trust.
