Giacom Bespoke Networking Event

Objective

To bring together Giacom and their trusted partners within the Telco, IT and Cloud sectors via a bespoke corporate event. Businesses to attend the event included Microsoft, BT Wholesale, CityFibre, and more.

The Solution

A large-scale themed networking occasion in the heart of London, where over 400 attendees can get together to network, build rapport, and let loose in a fun and informal environment. Red Blaze assisted in venue sourcing, external catering, theming & decor, branded material, securing the evening entertainment, and assistance in onsite support.

Partners made their way to the tunnels Leake Street in anticipation, met by a graffiti sign for the award-winning ‘Wunderground’. A VIP entrance into the venue saw attendees sign in and make their way through the neon lit enchanted garden. Attendees then ventured to the F&B area where drinks, food and out-the-box indulgences such as edible mist were provided, before heading to the main networking area, where DJ’s spun records throughout the evening, including the well-known BBC DJ, Scott Mills. LED Dancers provided even more additional entertainment, along with a fantastic roaming magician. 

Once the night came to a close during the early hours, attendees made their way to organised transfers, where overnight accomodation had been organised. Post-event, Red Blaze and Giacom were thrilled to learn that the event had won a key award at a UK Event Awards ceremony.
