Nourish 2025

Objective

With many new additions to the team over the past year, Nourish wanted a solution to bring three different offices together in one place to strategize for the year ahead, with an aim of collaboration and empowerment within the business.

The Solution

To bring the Nourish team together this year, Red Blaze planned and executed an event for 230 Employees at De Vere Cotswold Water Park, a retreat nestled among the lakes and countryside of the Cotswolds, offering a tranquil setting for the two-day event. On arrival, delegates were welcomed in the private events foyer and treated to breakfast and a bag drop service. 

The conference kicked off with engaging polls and keynote speeches, before the delegates branched out into their selected content sessions—each held in scenic lakeview meeting rooms, accompanied by a steady flow of hot drinks and refreshments and followed by a delectable private lunch sat by the lake. After a full day of inspiring talks and workshops, the group enjoyed a private check in and headed to their waterfront accommodations to freshen up for the evening. 

The evening commenced with a stylish canapé and drinks reception, followed by a three-course awards dinner in the Marquee. After dinner concluded, the delegates were surprised with a guest band playing classic favourites which set in motion a lively evening of valuable networking and dancing, bringing the day to a memorable close. Day 2 commenced with a generous all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet, followed by insightful content sessions, before delegates departed on their scheduled transfer’s home.
