Objective
A last-minute Team Building afternoon within empty space within the Head Office
The Solution
We presented the client with multiple options that would work in the space. The Team chose Rollercoaster Tycoon and we took it from brief to delivery within a few days!
We hosted a fantastic afternoon where over 120 people strapped in for a variety of challenges to enable them to get on track with building a large scale “roller coaster”. Combining creativity with logic, practicality, physics and most importantly Team Building. These events are all about the collaboration, with colleagues joining forces to achieve a common objective…in this case building a rollercoaster structure. The twist, however, lies in the fact that each team is responsible for constructing their own section of the track. Constant communication is key as they must ensure seamless integration between their sections, fostering a sense of unity. Together, these teams work harmoniously to create a colossal masterpiece that unites at the big final run.
