Recognise and celebrate the team’s dedication and achievements over the past year & drive team collaboration.

The Solution

The event kicked off with a charity DIY golf tournament,  with all proceeds generously donated to a local food bank in Bournemouth. This was soon followed by an immersive cocktail masterclass, where participants were able to hone their mixology skills in a fun and engaging environment. The day was brought to a close with an exclusive dinner at the Seahorse restaurant, nestled on Brighton’s picturesque beachfront. Here, guests were treated to breath-taking sunset views over the sea and the iconic West Pier, all while savouring a fine selection of wines.

After a restful night’s sleep in the boutique rooms, the participants started Day 2 with a collaborative group briefing. This offered a platform for team members to review and discuss future company goals. The day’s agenda then moved on to the entertaining ‘Level Up’ team challenge. This unique activity saw teams tackle an array of picture and video puzzles, navigating their way through each level to progress. This not only enhanced team dynamics but also drove collective success, cementing the event as a truly memorable experience.
