Plan and execute an annual Awards Evening for retail advisors from all over the UK.

The Solution

We were delighted to once again orchestrate this prestigious event. This year marked our second consecutive involvement, and we were keen to create an unforgettable experience for the attendees.

The event was attended by 150 eminent guests from various facets of the telecoms sector. Their diverse backgrounds added a dynamic energy to the evening.

The Monastery in Manchester, a unique venue with distinct architecture and rich history, served as the setting for the event. Its uniqueness has earned it a nomination for ‘Best UK Unusual Venue’ at this year’s M&IT Awards, a title it has won thrice before.

At Red Blaze, our comprehensive event management services are a source of pride. We coordinated travel for guests from across the UK, ensuring a seamless journey to the event. This included arranging coach transfers from their hotels to the venue, providing a hassle-free experience.

The awards evening was more than just a formal event; it was a vibrant celebration of the employees’ hard work and achievements. To enhance the celebratory atmosphere, we organised a variety of entertainment options. From a 360 photobooth and live musicians, including a saxophonist and percussionist, to a magician, there was something to cater to everyone’s tastes. We even brought in a live DJ followed by a celebrity DJ for added excitement!

Our role extended to managing all the AV, production, and décor at the event. This included designing a custom DJ booth that was not only functional but also added a touch of glamour to the décor.
