DWS Networking Event

Objective

Digital Wholesale Solutions wanted to celebrate the end of lockdown and bring together their channel partners for networking and a “good old knees-up”. 

The Solution

The event aimed to have a post-lock-down party (with social distancing measures in place) whilst recognising Digital Wholesales Solutions’ partners of the year and celebrating their joint successes. 

The DWS event was during the same period that Oktoberfest in Germany is open to beer lovers from all over the globe. So, really, it would be rude not to host an Oktoberfest themed celebration in honour of the world-famous event… But, instead of sending 500 people off to Munich, we bought the Oktoberfest experience to London! 

The Red Blaze team were on the case and quickly found the ideal location at Pergola, which boasts an outdoor/indoor experience with bench seating, plenty of bars and pop-up food stalls. We couldn’t have found a more perfect venue that exudes Oktoberfest vibes. 

For one night only, we transformed Pergola into the DWS Oktoberfest Celebration & Awards. There was plenty of beer and food to enjoy, personalised Steins, Bavarian-style hats, our very own Oompah Brass Band, and a DJ to complete the night. 

From the sourcing of the venue, Oktoberfest theming, management of suppliers, AV and everything else in-between, the Red Blaze team managed this event from start to finish. Our client only needed to focus on what mattered – enjoying the party (and the beer, of course).
