Client: Nourish
Venue: Coppid Beech Hotel
Location: Conveniently located in Bracknell for excellent access for all delegates with travel from Bournemouth Southampton, Bristol and Bridgwater, meaning great links via plane, train or car.
Objective

Bring the whole team together, following the merge of two companies into one. An opportunity to have a face to face with teams (some of which haven’t even met each other!), for the CEO and executive board to connect with the people, and to kick-off the next financial year.

The Solution

On Thursday 18 April, the people of Nourish flocked to Bracknell for an unforgettable couple of days of strategising, updating, collaborating, celebrating and uniting. Red Blaze, handling all aspects of the event, arranged transportation from five areas across the UK, marking the start of the carefully coordinated conference.

Guests started their day with sustenance to prepare them for the day – a private breakfast situated in the Coppid Beech lobby beneath their impressive fish tanks. Once delegates had privately checked in and collected their branded Nourish T-shirts, they headed into the main conference room. The production for the conference included visuals the length of the room – with a huge backdrop, high-tech screens, state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment and company branding to really amplify the company’s brand. The kick-off conference was extremely stimulating, and delegates were highly engaged throughout the day – due to engaging content, seamless visuals and plenty of high-quality food!

In the evening, guests were invited to a private gala dinner with two magicians wowing the guests around the room, a private drinks reception, a three-course meal and impressive company awards. Once this came to a close, everyone was invited to the after-party with DJ Simone in the hotel’s Après Nightclub.

The second day consisted of similar company updates and panels, as well as breakout sessions of four different groups. After a delicious lunch, the delegation wrapped up and headed back on the road!
