Objective

PPRO has crafted an innovative format tailored for payment enthusiasts and senior executives, providing a unique setting to exchange insights through a concise, focused agenda.​ Guests were invited to join an exclusive community, leading the way in the payments industry, and connecting with like-minded professionals to share knowledge and learn collaboratively.​

The Solution

For our second event of the year with this client, we returned to a familiar venue due to its popularity. However, this time, we transformed the space from an afternoon café setting into a vibrant disco-themed networking event for the evening. Once the meetings concluded, guests were able to unwind, sipping on “Grind” Espresso Martinis and enjoying the beats from our selected DJ.

The theming successfully encapsulated our client’s vision, with disco balls, neon signs, and an array of disco lights facilitating the transition from daytime meeting to evening networking with a disco theme. Branded signage was strategically placed throughout the venue, maintaining a consistent corporate presence. As with our previous event, we organised a wide selection of food options for the meeting and networking session, complemented by an array of exquisite cocktails.

Each contented guest concluded the evening by receiving a giveaway and a pink tin of Grind Coffee, neatly packed in a branded PPRO bag. This event, like the one before, perfectly exemplified our ability to create memorable, tailored experiences that leave a lasting impression.
