Low Carbon & Partners Summer Garden Party
10-Year Anniversay Celebration event for the Low Carbon team and their trusted partners

Objective
A bespoke corporate event built to help Low Carbon celebrate their 10-Year Anniversary. The client wished to run something in-office, whilst generating a high-end yet informal feel to the occasion, ultimately making it an enjoyable and relaxed evening for the team and Low Carbon’s trusted partners. Attendee size consisted of roughly 120 individuals.
The Solution
A themed event taking place in an outside garden close to the client office. Team members and partners rolled in in the afternoon, greeted by a welcome glass of bubbly. Jimmy Garcia provided the incredible canapes and eton mess station, which kept attendees happy and full throughout the entirety of the event. Pimms & Gin carts helped to keep the party lively, along with a variety of other selective drinks. To help the team settle further into the event, our team installed a ‘1950s British Summer Party’ theme to the event, as well as putting up marquees, a bar, afternoon tea station, and flowers.
For entertainment, the Red Blaze sourced a variety of outdoor lawn games, aiming to keep the vibe quintessentially British. The vintage games included Croquet, Jenga, Macrame Badminton, Hoopla, Limbo, Skittles and Ring Toss. For those not playing the games, the vintage photo booth provided a wonderful setting to help capture memories of the afternoon. For added entertainment, a speaker system was put in place so that music could be played throughout the entirety of the event.
When the afternoon party had finished, the team were ushered to one of the local pubs in the area for a small after-party. At The Horse & Guardsman, the group enjoyed some extra drinks and food within a private area of the pub. With the party over, the guests departed, having enjoyed a wonderful celebration and networking experience.
